Start operation:Connect the power and turn on the control power;Trial run the chain electric hoist before lifting heavy objects.
Operation and precautions during the operation of the chain electric hoist:The lifting weight should not exceed the specified weight for group lifting;It is strictly prohibited to stand or walk under heavy objects during operation;Do not overload;The brake band must not have oil stains;There must be no safety protection measures in the lifting state of the equipment No part is allowed below the lifted object;The suspension chain should be used vertically,and the inclination of the suspension chain should be maintained within the range of no more than 10-15°between the chain and the lead wire.The double row chain should not be twisted When the diameter of the chain decreases by 10%of the original diameter,a new chain should be replaced.When the plastic elongation of the chain reaches 5%,the chain must be replaced.The chain is severely rusted and cannot be used continuously;Strictly follow the lifting safety operation regulations and strictly prohibit the use of flammable and explosive materials;Machines should not carry people or lift corrosive items caused by splashing;When lifting,the lower hook should not come into contact with the body,and the two should not be less than 50mm.
Closing operation of electric chain hoist:After lifting,place a part of the mixing motor on the support frame.It is strictly prohibited to be in a lifting state for a long time;After parking,unplug the power plug.
