1.Cantilever crane belongs to the hoist of light working strength which consists of stand column,rotating arm,back-whirling driving device and electric hoist.Simple arm frame gantry crane structure,lifting large light weight and smooth action.It has the high mechanical efficiency.Easy to install,use,maintain with lower cost.
2.The stand column of the cantilever crane is made of round tube.Welding of stainless steel plate and rotational axis are at both ends and the pathway is installed on the upper.The plate is fixed by the chemical-fixing bolt and concrete floor to guarantee cantilever crane’s stability.The rotational axis is provided with a through hole,the cable can be pulled from the inner of the stand column.The 360 degree current collector can be installed on the rotational axis which can make the cantilever rotated with 360 degree.The pathway can be used for rotation of cantilever crane.There are several through holes of the pathway which used for installation of the rotating limit block and achieve 0 to 360 degree converting.
3.The cantilever of the cantilever crane is made of I-beam steel and H-shaped steel,which can be used for the installation and operation of various chain hoists.Movable stops are installed at both ends to ensure the hoist works within a specific stroke.
4.The cantilever bracket is welded with rectangular tube and steel plate to support the cantilever.Triangle support is adopted,with superior mechanical structure,light and high safety level.Two rotating wheels are installed under the bracket.The wheel tread closely contacts the pathway and the structure is stable.One of them is the driving wheel.To drive the driving wheel by the light worm gear reducer motor to realize the electric rotation of the cantilever crane.
5.The round tube as the shell of the turning device of the cantilever crane,the self-aligning roller bearing is installed inside which can make the bracket rotate freely.Due to the performance of the self-aligning roller bearing,even if there is a deviation of the concentricity between the waist ring and the column,that ensures the safe and normal use of the cantilever crane.
6.The bracket of the cantilever crane can be installed with C-type track which is used to install the power supply cable of the electric hoist,with compact and beautiful appearance and high applicability.
1.Column
The column is used to fix the rotating arm support of the cantilever crane,and its upper and lower supports are composed of single-row tapered roller bearings bearing radial and axial forces.
2.Rotating arm
The rotating arm is welded by combination of I-beam and support,and its function is to realize horizontal movement of electric or manual trolley and up and down movement of electric hoist,and rotate around the column.
3.Support arm and reducer
The support arm supports the rotating arm and increases the bending resistance and strength of the rotating arm.The reducer drives the roller to realize the electric rotation of the cantilever crane.
4.Electric chain hoist

5.Electrical part
The electrical part adopts the C-type rail plus flat cable power supply system.The low-voltage inter-control safety voltage is used for operation.The control is realized by the manual switch button,which controls the fast rise,fast fall,slow rise and slow fall of the electric chain hoist,as well as the traveling of the hoist traveling trolley and the left and right rotation of the cantilever crane.The collector ring in the column provides the power supply when the cantilever rotates arbitrarily.
Operation method of jib crane:
1.The operator shall be familiar with the structure,performance and operation method of the cantilever crane,and overload is prohibited.
2.The operator shall check and confirm whether the start button is at the stop position and whether the electrical and mechanical parts are safe and easy to use before use.
